Shipping and returns
Boxes couriered anywhere in South Africa in 3 to 5 working days, and if anything arrives less than perfect we put it right. The detail is below.
3 to 5 working days
Packed within one working day and couriered to your door. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the courier collects.
R150 per order
Free delivery when you order a case of four or more, red and white mixed as you like. Pay by card, Instant EFT or Mobicred.
Kept cold on the way
Sent with a refrigerated courier anywhere in South Africa, so the wine arrives as cool as it left the cellar.
Changing your address
Possible until the courier collects. Update it in your account or send us a message and we will change it for you.
18 or older to sign
Wine is only handed to an adult. The courier may ask for identification, so make sure someone over 18 can sign.
One parcel per order
Each order travels as a single parcel wherever we can. If one is split, we tell you and send tracking for each.
Damaged? Replaced.
Tell us as soon as it arrives, with a photo if you can, and we send a replacement at no cost to you.
Wrong or unopened box
We swap a wrong or unopened box and collect it at our cost. Opened wine cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
Refunds in 5 to 10 days
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Your card details are handled by Peach Payments and never stored here.
