A small family wine label from the Cape of Good Hope. Two wines, a red and a white, in a 3 litre box made for the braai, the beach and the long weekend.
Where it comes from
Both wines are made from Cape of Good Hope grapes at our family cellar in Franschhoek. The region is on the label because that is where they belong.
Why a box
Four bottles in one box. The bag shrinks as you pour, so the wine keeps for up to three months in the fridge, and the box is lighter to ship and fits in the fridge door.
Who we are
A small family label from a cellar in Franschhoek, made by people who drink it too. The man in the hat, the cat and the dog on the packs are our regulars: a good evening, no fuss.
The box
What the box gives you
One box, four bottles
Three litres in one box, the same as four 750 ml bottles. It fits in the fridge door and pours straight from the tap.
Less oxidation
The bag shrinks as you pour, so no air reaches the wine. Open it on Friday and Wednesday’s glass still tastes fresh.
More sustainable packaging
Far less packaging than four bottles and a fraction of the weight to ship. When it is done, it goes out with the recycling.
